A previous middle school biology teacher, Ben is able to apply his love of science and teaching into creating Suburban Worms. Ben enjoys listening to apologetic podcasts, going to ska and skate punk concerts, and watching Cardinals baseball.

    Monica Beussink is a real doctor, but she’s not a real worm. Monica is a seventh grade English teacher at her old middle school in Wentzville, Missouri. She loves learning and recently earned her doctoral degree in instructional leadership from American College of Education. When not teaching and grading, Monica enjoys reading dystopian books, playing Animal Crossing, and watching Asian dramas on Netflix.

    The newest addition to our family. Previously our neighbor's cat but he claimed us as his chosen family by frequently barging into our house, sleeping in our garage, and following us around outside. When our neighbors moved they gifted Max to us.
